Privacy Policy

FELLOWDAYS — fellowdays.com · Last updated: September 5, 2026

FELLOWDAYS ("FELLOWDAYS," "we," "us," or "our") operates fellowdays.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices and rights you have — including how to access, correct, or delete your data. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you give us: name, email address, shipping/billing address, phone number, and payment details (processed by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers) when you place an order, take our quiz, subscribe, or contact support.
  • Quiz & personalization data: your dog's age, breed, weight, and health goals, used to build your recommended regimen.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and cookies/similar technologies for analytics, personalization, and advertising (including the Meta Pixel).
  • Information from third parties: if you interact with us through Meta/Facebook/Instagram or log in via a social account, we receive the profile information you share with that platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfill orders, subscriptions, shipping, returns, and customer support.
  • Personalize your regimen, content, and product recommendations.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping, subscription renewals) and, with your consent, marketing emails/SMS (you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • Measure and improve advertising (including Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads) and prevent fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies & Advertising (Meta Pixel)

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how you use the Site and to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads). Meta may link your activity to your Meta account per Meta's own privacy policy. You can opt out of interest-based ads at facebook.com/adpreferences and via your browser's cookie settings.

4. How We Share Information

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers, our ecommerce platform (Shopify), email/SMS providers (e.g. Klaviyo), and advertising partners (e.g. Meta). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

7. How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your data:

  • Use our contact page from the email associated with your account, include the subject "Data Deletion Request", and we will respond to the request; or
  • If you accessed our app/services through Facebook or Instagram, you can also request deletion via the app's settings, or email us as above referencing the social account you used.

We will delete the personal data we hold about you except information we must retain to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations (e.g. completed order records) or to prevent fraud.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and trusted processors) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. where privacy laws may differ.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
